Called American Tire and Auto because our car wouldn't start. We are seniors and we only have one car and nobody around to help us get it there. American tire told us about a tow truck that could come get the car and they were here within half an hour. We found out that our alternator went out and our battery was dead. The next day around 12:00 American tire and Auto call and said our car was ready it was our alternator and battery. We will never use any other auto shop this place is fabulous and they helped us so much being seniors alone in our house. God bless them!

Was near American Tire when tire pressure warning went off just a week after topping air. Stopped in knowing they would be busy but they fit me in for a check and found and repaired a nail. No charge since I had bought the tires there and in and out within an hour. Friendly and great service.

Brought my 2005 Ford Expedition to Rocky and the guys. I've put so much time and money into this vehicle and still could not figure out why it was running so lean. It would lose power after going 70mph. I changed all parts related to these issues. I was referred by a friend/mechanic that American Tire and Service was hands down the best in NM. And he was right. After dropping off the vehicle to them. They updated me and stayed in contact and assured me that they would figure this out. After a week and a couple days they got to the issue. I was expecting a pricey bill. And to my surprise it was reasonable considering how much time they spent on fixing my car. I'll recommend Rocky and Alex and the rest of the guys to take care of you and your vehicle.They are honest and you can trust this business. I'm thankful for all the work they did to get my vehicle running.
